Residency Program
Southside Community Hospital is a
training site for interns and residents in the Blackstone Family
Practice Residency Program, an affiliate of the Medical College of
Virginia. The Blackstone program is a leader in educating family
physicians in its rural practice setting. This expanded educational
partnership, which includes an inpatient training service at Southside
Community Hospital, prepares the modern family doctor for patient care
in a community of any size.
