The new Birth Center, located on the fourth floor above the Emergency Department, is equipped with a medical and nursing staff that is truly interesting in providing the best, family centered maternity care for expectant mothers. We have a proud history of providing the highest level of service for the predelivery and post delivery care of mothers and infants. A highly trained staff of nursing personnel is available to assist your obstetrician and the pediatrician attending your baby. Labor, delivery, recovery, and post partum rooms are available. Southside Community Hospital also offers epidural analgesia to reduce the discomfort of childbirth. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
