Anatomical & Clinical Laboratory

Our Laboratory is under the clinical direction of a pathologist, a physician who specializes in the chemical operation of the body, especially as it relates to changes at the cell level.

The Pathology Department microscopically examines surgical specimens and biopsies to differentiate features of benign versus malignant cells and infections organisms. The Cytology Department performs microscopic examinations of cells in specimens such as PAP smears or body fluid to detect abnormal cells or infections causing agents.

Our Clinical Laboratory, including chemistry, microbiology, hematology, and blood banking is staffed by highly trained technologists, technicians, and phlebotomists.  A wide array of tests, performed with state-of-the-art equipment, provides valuable information to assist your physician in diagnosis and treatment.
