Ronald McDonald House Foundation Gives SCH Second Grant

Kathi Manis, Nursing Director of the Emergency Department at Southside Community Hospital, will receive a check for $800.00 from the Southwestern Virginia Ronald McDonald Charity Foundation/National Ronald McDonald House Charity in May. The check will be used to  make Southside Community Hospital's Emergency Department more child-friendly, with the purchase of a  portable TV/DVD player just for children. All funds for this grant are collected from the Ronald McDonald House canisters at McDonald's counters.
