PERSONAL TRAINING

PERSONAL TRAINING: is individual or small group instruction that provides a client with motivation, guidance, and education during a workout.  A certified personal trainer will assist in developing challenging workouts specifically designed to safely help the client achieve his or her fitness or sports goals.  Personal trainers may also clients advice on diet and nutritional needs to optimize the results of their exercise programs.
