Welcome to Centra Southside Community Hospital’s Rehab Department

Southside Community Hospital ’s Rehab Department offers individualized treatment, specifically tailored to address each patient’s needs.  Realizing that every patient is different, the clinic’s diverse staff specializes in a variety of disciplines and incorporates these techniques into each plan of care.   The rehab team’s multidisciplinary approach is designed to enable patients to independently return to daily activities of living as quickly as possible.

The staff includes four Physical Therapists, four Physical Therapy Assistants, four Rehab Technicians, one Occupational Therapist, three Speech Therapists, and two Athletic Trainers. 
 
All staff members provide services in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
Inpatient services are offered seven days per week; outpatient services are provided five days per week.  The clinic is located on the first floor of the Southside Community Hospital in Farmville, Virginia.
