Thomas Angelo to the Radiology Department

Centra Southside Community Hospital is pleased to announce that Thomas Angelo is the new Director of Radiology. 

Mr. Angelo is certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computerized Tomography (CT), and Diagnostic Radiology.  He is also a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and the Virginia Society of Radiologic Technologists.

Mr. Angelo graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiological Sciences.  Tom won the Mallinckrodt Award of Excellence for clinical excellence and the Dean’s Award for academic excellence.  He then completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management.

Tom is married to Kira Angelo. They have a 2-year old son, Ayden. The Angelos reside in Farmville. Please welcome them to our community.
