Pathology Consultants of Central Virginia

** Dr. Raso received his training from the University of

South Carolina, completing a Fellowship in Clinical Laboratory

Medicine at the University of South Carolina and a Cytopathology

Fellowship from East Carolina University.  Dr. Raso is Board

certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and currently serves

as Microbiology Medical Director and Molecular Diagnostics

Medical Director for Centra Health.



    ** Dr. Biesemier received his training from the University of

Iowa and University of North Carolina completing an

Immunopathology Fellowship at the University of North Carolina.

Dr. Biesemier is also Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical

Pathology.



    ** Dr. Salmon received his training at the Medical College of

Virginia and Wake Forest University.  Dr. Salmon completed a

Fellowship at the University of North Carolina in Anatomic

Pathology.  Dr. Salmon is Board certified in Anatomic and

Clinical Pathology and currently services as the Medical Director

for Clinical Chemistry and Coagulation Testing at Centra Health.
