Patient Emails
Southside Community Hospital is pleased to offer you the ability to email a patient at SCH. This is a free service. When you click on the email link below, please be sure to include the following information in your email:
- The patient's name.
- The patient's room number (if you know it).
Don't forget to include your name at the end of the email message.
PLEASE NOTE: Your email message will be printed on decorative paper and delivered by one of our hospital volunteers. If the patient is no longer in the hospital, the email will not be delivered, and it will be deleted from the system. Although we strive to maintain privacy with this email service, SCH cannot guarantee the privacy of your email.
